Michael Johnson Performance Program



Michael Johnson Performance (MJP) training at PSA is designed to work with athletes for any sport in the mechanics of acceleration, linear speed, agility, strength, and multi-directional quickness. MJP offers a fun, active environment for young athletes to learn new skills and have a blast while participating in games and instructed activities. All athletes will finish the week as faster, quicker individuals, ready to excel in any sport or recreational activity. Michael Johnson Performance combines tested and proven training methodology with the latest and most innovative techniques to produce the best results possible for young athletes.  Add to your Sports Camp or Flexi Pass Day.
