Coaches,

We look forward to providing uniforms for your team this season.  In an effort to streamline the ordering process & get your team order completed as quickly as possible, we are asking that each of you comply with the ordering procedures listed below.

1.  Come into the Shop @ PSA and establish a new order for the current season.  The process will vary slightly depending on if you are a new or returning team.

• New teams will need to select uniform style, sizes & create artwork.
  
• Existing teams will need to open a new order for the current season
  
• Browse the website to look through our various uniforms, colors, and artwork to get an idea of what we offer
  

2.  Whether you are a new or returning team, we will need the following information from you when you place your order

• Expected number of players for your team. Returning teams need to let us know how many new players will need a jersey.
  
• It would be helpful if the coaches knew the numbers taken as some of the add-on orders have so many previous orders that there are very few numbers left.
  

3.  Once we set up the team order with you, we will give you a copy of the order form created. At the top of that form is the team's order number for the season. Please make sure to keep the order number.

4.  Send out an email to your parents with the following information:

• The Shop @ PSA's phone number:  (972)208-3860
  
• The Shop @ PSA's hours:  M-F 10:00am-8:00pm; Sat 10:00am-6:00pm; Sun 1:00pm-5:00pm
  
• The team name, coaches name, and most importantly the order number. Moving forward, we will only be able to assist parents in placing their orders over the phone when they know the order number.
  
• They will need the following information when they call:  order number, size, jersey number, credit card information.
  

5.  We ask that only coaches call for a status update, not parents. Also, during our peak seasons, it is best to email for a status update:  kphillips@psaplano.org

6.  Once we call to let you know that your order is complete, please send only ONE parents or coach to pick the order up.  We will not be able to release uniforms to individual parents.

7.  Uniforms generally take 7-10 business days from the time we receive payment and size.  Please keep in mind that many of the uniforms become backordered the closer we get to the season starting; the earlier you get us the order, the better chance you have of getting in within the 7-10 business day period.
