Join us for a fun week of chess this summer! Students will expand their repertoire of strategies and tactics while improving their position during the game. There will also be opportunities to play Giant Chess and an in-class tournament at the end of the week for a chance to play for trophies. All levels of experience are welcome. Group lessons and chances for personal coaching also provided. Ages 6-13.
PLEASE NOTE: Each student’s skill level will be evaluated on the first day of class and he or she will be placed in a group with other students at their level. Students may move to a different group depending on their development as chess players during the course of the workshop.
