The football board has approved the following practice schedule for tackle football:

• Week of July 26-  Up to 3 hours of non contact and non mandatory practices can be held in either 2-1.5 hour sessions or 3-1 hour sessions 
• Week of August 21- Up to 4 two hour full contact practices may be held; teams assigned practice field will be available on Sunday from 5-7pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 6-8pm or 6:30-8:30pm; teams can practice on different day but not to exceed 4 practices and not at High Point or other City of Plano restricted park
• Week of August 30- Up to 3 two hour full contact practices may be held; teams assigned practice field will be available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 6-8pm or 6:30-8:30pm; teams can practice on different days but not to exceed 3 practices and not at High Point or other City of Plano restricted park
• September 3- Preseason Tackle Football Jamboree at John Paul II (additional registration fee required) Teams not signed up for the Jamboree cannot practice
• Week of September 6- Weekly practice schedule starts with up to 2 two hour full contact practices may be held; teams assigned practice field will be available on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8pm or 6:30-8:30pm; teams can practice on different days but not to exceed 2 practices and not at High Point or other City of Plano restricted park 
• Each Friday, teams may hold a 1 hour, non-mandatory walk through practice or skull session with no contact
