Who Can Become a PSA Coach?

PSA welcomes parents, former athletes, teachers, and community members who are passionate about youth sports and mentorship. No prior coaching experience is required—just a commitment to teaching, teamwork, and leadership.

Steps to Become a Coach

  1. Register as a coach by completing the PSA Coach Registration Form online to begin your coaching journey.
  2. All coaches must successfully pass a background screening to ensure the safety and well-being of our players before beginning their coaching duties.
  3. Attend a coaching orientation where PSA provides training sessions to equip you with the essential tools and knowledge for a successful season.
  4. Once approved, you’ll be assigned a team and officially begin your coaching journey with PSA, making a positive impact on young athletes.
