PSA Refund Policy

PSA has a no cash refund policy, only credits to your PSA DASH account.

This refund policy applies to all PSA Sports/Activities, Storm Volleyball Club, Thunder Soccer Club, and Martial Arts.

Sports Leagues

Prior to registration closing – 75% credit to your DASH account.

After the posted registration deadline – No refunds or credits (includes injuries, practice or game conflicts, family relocation, etc.).

Camps

Two weeks prior to the start date of the camp – 75% credit to your DASH account

Within two weeks of the start date of the camp – No refunds, no exceptions (includes injuries, schedule changes, etc.). FlexiPass Camp – No refunds, no exceptions.

Classes

Two weeks prior to the start of the class – 75% credit to your DASH account

Within two weeks of the start date of the class – No refunds, no exceptions (includes injuries, schedule changes, etc.)

Rentals

No refunds, credits, or reschedule on court/turf rentals. Reservation of a court/turf can only be made with full payment.

Pickleball

PSA has a no cash refund policy, only credits to your PSA DASH account.

Membership cancellation requests are subject to review and must be received 30 days prior to cancellation date. Cancellations must be requested through email to pickleball@psaplano.org

*Court Reservations – NO refunds, NO credits, NO transfers.

Martial Arts/Wrestling

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to your next billing date. To cancel, email your request to: martialarts@psaplano.org

If you cancel your membership, no refund will be issued, but you will continue to have access to the program until the end of your current billing cycle. Membership fees are non-transferable to other sports.
