The PSA-McSweeney Martial Arts program focuses on discipline, confidence, and skill development for kids and teens ages 4-18. We offer training in Brazilian Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Dutch Kickboxing, and Wrestling providing a well-rounded approach to martial arts.
Students will learn fundamental grappling techniques, self-defense, and competition skills in a structured, supportive environment.
This program focuses on striking techniques, footwork, and conditioning, helping students build confidence and coordination while learning the art of kickboxing.
Whether your child is a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our expert instructors will guide them to improve their skills, discipline, and athleticism.
