The construction of PSA- Murphy, will have an 85,000 sq. ft. athletic facility with eight basketball and volleyball courts, an indoor soccer and football arena and related amenities. The $9M construction costs would be completely borne by the PSA. No construction bonds or tax increases are contemplated for the construction or operation of the building. However, the building would occupy a large footprint on land owned by the City of Murphy.

Murphy is a fast-growing community located in Collin County and bounded by Plano, Richardson, Wylie, Sachse, and Parker.
