Soccer Uniforms

WINTER 1 SESSION (Start Date: 11/16):

Deadline to order CUSTOM uniforms & receive by season start date is OCTOBER 28th **

Deadline to order a TEAM SET of uniforms & receive by season start date is NOVEMBER 6th **

WINTER 2 SESSION (Start Date: 1/4):

Deadline to order CUSTOM uniforms & receive by season start date is DECEMBER 9th **

Deadline to order a TEAM SET of uniforms & receive by season start date is DECEMBER 19th **

** Orders may still be placed after dates above, they will not be complete for the first weekend of play

IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION:

ALL orders for both new & existing teams must be submitted by the coach or team manager.
Please complete the order form below & email it to uniforms@psaplano.org.
An email will be sent to you confirming your order has been received. - in most cases, this is within 48-72 hours of receipt of your order. Orders are considered received on the date they are submitted as long as all pertinant information is received.
Once the order is set up we will put the balance owed in DASH & you will receive an invoice. A minumum 50% deposit will be required at set up & the balance is due prior to pick up.
Custom order processing time is 14 business days from the date your order is submitted.
When the order is complete, you will receive an email with pick up details.
Weekly pick ups vary, but are typically from 12 pm-4pm, Monday-Friday. (Orders must be paid in full prior to pick up - we cannot process payments AT pick up)
