 The deadline for CUSTOM softball orders for the SPRING 2024 season is March 5th.


 Orders can still be placed after that date, they will just not be guaranteed for the first weekend of play. 




  • ALL orders for both new & existing teams must be submitted by the coach or team manager.
  • Please complete the order form below & email it to
  • An email will be sent to you confirming your order has been received.  - in most cases, this is within 48-72 hours of receipt of your order.
  • Once the order is set up we will put the balance owed in DASH/Daysmart & you will receive an invoice.
  • (A minumum 50% deposit will be required at set up & the balance is due prior to pick up.)
  • Custom order processing time is 14 business days from the date your order is submitted. 
  • When the order is complete, you will receive an email with pick up details.
  • Weekly pick ups vary, but are typically from 12 pm-4pm, Monday-Friday. 

(Orders must be paid in full prior to pick up - we cannot process payments AT pick up)
