
The deadline for CUSTOM softball orders for the FALL 2023 season is 8/8.
Orders can still be placed after that date, they will just not be guaranteed for the first weekend of play.
IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION:
- ALL orders for both new & existing teams must be submitted by the coach or team manager.
- Please complete the order form below & email it to uniforms@psaplano.org.
- An email will be sent to you confirming your order has been received. - in most cases, this is within 48-72 hours of receipt of your order. Orders are considered received on the date they are submitted as long as all pertinant information is received.
- Once the order is set up we will put the balance owed in DASH & you will receive an invoice. A minumum 50% deposit will be required at set up & the balance is due prior to pick up.
- Custom order processing time is 14 business days from the date your order is submitted.
- When the order is complete, you will receive an email with pick up details.
- Weekly pick ups vary, but are typically from 12 pm-4pm, Monday-Friday. (Orders must be paid in full prior to pick up - we cannot process payments AT pick up)
